The Arkansas Chaplains Federation is a recognized IRS 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to serving firefighters, emergency responders, victims and families across the State of Arkansas. Since our formation in 2021, our mission has remained steadfast: to provide compassionate chaplain support, to strengthen the wellbeing of those who serve, and to promote a spirit of unity, service, and healing in every community we reach.

Our chaplains respond alongside fire departments and emergency services to offer emotional and spiritual support during crises, major disasters, and traumatic events. We work in partnership with agencies such as ADAM, FEMA, and the Arkansas Fire Academy to ensure that responders and families are never alone during life’s most difficult moments. We also assist departments with resources for funerals, weddings, crisis intervention, and counseling referrals.

As we continue expanding our work, we are currently raising funds for:

Continuing education for our active chaplains

Recruitment and training of new chaplains statewide

Developing a stronger support network for firefighters, first responders, and their families

Community outreach and resource development

Because we rely entirely on donations, your partnership makes a true and immediate impact. Your support will directly strengthen chaplain services in fire departments throughout Arkansas and help ensure that those who sacrifice so much for their communities receive the care and support they deserve.
